To show our appreciation when purchasing your next home with us, whether it be your second, third or even fourth, you and your family will receive up to $4000 in upgrades for free on your new home.

Ask your Area Manager for full details and a complete list of upgrades that are available to choose from. For the family rewards to apply, home owner(s) must have purchased and taken possession of a new Creations by Shane home or Shane home before eligible for no charge upgrades on your next Shane home or Creations by Shane home purchase. *This program is not available with past purchases.
