	personal profile Access your personal contact information and update it if it changes. Also have access to important Shane Homes contacts such as your Area Manager, Project Manager, Home Care Coordinator, Warranty and 24 hour emergency.
	what's next and action items View detailed information and instructional videos on the steps necessary in the building process and follow the progress of your new home by accessing key construction dates. Receive information on when to book appointments with the bank, lawyer, interior decorators and so on. Being aware of the process and the timing of various decisions will help make the building of your home a more enjoyable experience.
	purchase documents and change orders All of your home purchasing documents will be located in one secure and easy to access location. Your purchase agreement, lot and model details, detailed specification documents and all of your interior and exterior design change orders will be there for you to access 24/7.
	expressions design centre The Expressions Design Centre browsing days are a great way for our customers to get a feel for all the latest trends and to help see their vision come to life. You will have access to our browsing day schedule as well as your interior and exterior design selection appointments.
	financial documents Accessing your financial summary and deposits is a great way to stay on track and keep up-to-date, accurate records of your financial documents.
