At Creations by Shane Homes the safety of our customers, trades, suppliers and staff is very important to us. The ultimate goal is to have everyone go home at the end of the day safe and well. We have implemented many safety policies and procedures to ensure that the jobsite is a safe work environment for our trades and a safe place for our customers to visit while their home is under construction.

Our customers will receive a customer safety video. This video, created by Shane Homes, outlines the potential hazards that can occur during the construction process of your new home. By watching this video you can help ensure the safety of you and your family while educating yourself on jobsite safety. Upon possession, customers will also receive a safety care kit. This kit contains a fire extinguisher and first aid kit providing items necessary in case of an accident or emergency. |

We have a full-time safety supervisor to help ensure the safety of our trades people as well as our customers who visit their home while it is under construction. We also have our C.O.R. (Certificate of Recognition) in safety which is issued to employers who develop and implement health and safety programs that meet established standards. |

Our field staff have first aid training, carry first aid kits in their vehicles and have completed the Construction Safety Training System Program. Our trades are supplied with a jobsite safety video, created by Shane Homes, outlining safe work practices. |

Each and everyone one of our showhomes is stocked with personal protective equipment, such as hard hats and safety goggles, that our customers are required to wear when visiting their home while it is under construction. |
