Shane Homes agrees to pay a $5000.00 Referral Fee provided the following conditions are met:

1. You, the referrer, must make contact with Shane Homes and/or Creations by Shane Homes referring your friend/relative prior to your friend/relative contacting Shane Homes and/or Creations by Shane Homes.
2. Your friend/relative must be a customer we have not had previous contact with.
3. The referral letter must be completed in its entirety.
4. With a downpayment of 10% the referral fee of $5000.00 is payable to you, the referrer, on removal of conditions. With a downpayment of 5% the referral fee of $5000.00 is payable to you, the referrer, at closing.
5. Cannot be combined with any other promotional offers (i.e. Area specials, promotional series of homes, Family Rewards, etc.).
