Candice Albo has almost 35 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, beginning her career working on multi-family developments and then specializing in single family homes in the satellite community of Okotoks for the past 13 years. Candice holds a Certified New Home Sales Professional designation from the Professional Home Builder's Institute of Alberta.
Cindy Klassen has almost 10 years of experience in new home sales, beginning her career with Shane Homes as a sales associate, followed by a promotion to an area manager. She has worked in new home communities in Calgary, Chestermere, and Airdrie, exposing her to a variety of markets and diverse customer needs. Cindy is known for her patience and dedication to customer satisfaction and says “her favourite part of the job is turning over a Shane home, built with pride and decades of experience, to the new home owner”.
Claude Smith has over 20 years of home sales experience. He first started working with Shane Homes in 1990 as a licensed Realtor, and then a year later became an area manager. Claude has worked with many people, helping them acquire their starter, move-up and executive dream home and says the greatest reward is seeing the happy faces of satisfied customers.
Deb Gearey has over 20 years of new home building experience, starting her career with Shane Homes over 13 years ago as a sales associate, followed by a promotion to an area manager. Deb is known for her enthusiasm and is passionate about the process of planning a new home, guiding clients through the entire building process, not only with professionalism and knowledge, but also with the kindness and sincerity that she believes is very important to a successful business relationship.
Jack Kushner has more than 35 years of sales experience in the home building industry, providing his customers with a wealth of knowledge. Over the last 14 years he has specialized in the move up and estate home market, working with his customers to design and build their dream home.
Jeff Brodowski began his career in the residential construction industry in 2003 as a sales associate and then was promoted to Area Manager. Prior to joining Shane Homes, his background was in the customer service industry, working for many years mainly in senior management roles. Jeff has completed the New Home Sales Professional courses through SAIT and is a graduate in post secondary education in the study of Business and Marketing.
Jeff Luif has over 16 years of sales experience with Shane Homes, earning the position of top sales person of the year for a number of those years. Jeff has completed the WPG Real Estate course and specializes in the starter and move-up markets.
Michael MacLean has over 9 years of sales experience within the new home industry in Calgary. His focus in these years has been mostly the move up and estate home market. Mike has a passion for customer service and has demonstrated a proven ability to help people create their dream home time after time.
Ron first started working with Shane Homes in 2001 and has over 15 years of sales experience in the new home industry in Calgary and Edmonton. He prides himself on his customer service skills, ability to create strong relationships with customers and find solutions to their home buying needs. Ron has his Professional Home Builders Certification and specializes in the first time home buyer and move-up markets.
Although new to the home building industry, Bobby has been actively involved in experiencing the home building process with Shane Homes while building 4 new homes with Shane over the past 8 years. Due to the exceptional service he received he decided to join the team and follow his passion of helping clients build their dream home.
Bobby possesses an Environmental Engineering Technology diploma, and prior to becoming a sales associate Bobby worked in the investment business as an exempt market advisor. With this background and focus on customer service the home building industry was a great fit.
He is dedicated to providing the best possible service and attention to detail to his clients that he himself received and to ensure the home building process is exciting and rewarding for all involved.
Derek first joined Shane Homes in 2006 as a host, garnering him 4 years of experience in customer service and new home sales. He has his New Home Sales Professional designation from the Professional Home Builder's Institute of Alberta. Derek is passionate about helping clients achieve their dream home and finds it very gratifying to see how happy people are on possession day with their new Shane home.
Jamie is relatively new to the building industry. He has learned much about new home sales and customer service over the past year and is dually excited and motivated to be a part of Shane Homes. He has an extensive background in home renovations and customer service. Prior to joining Shane Homes, Jamie was involved in management with several businesses during his University years and after graduation. Jamie was also a member of the Canadian National Long-Track Speed Skating Team for several years. All of these aspects combined with his degree in Economics and his Bilingual Diploma have developed his skills into being a dedicated, personable liaison and representative of Shane Homes.
Nadine is new to the building industry but the passion she feels for people and new homes is very much ingrained in Nadine. She has read countless home planning and decorating magazines and has recently gone through the home building process in 2011, so she knows exactly what is involved in selecting a new home community, builder, floorplan and all of the decisions involved in purchasing a new home. Prior to joining Shane Homes, she worked in the customer service industry and for Beattie Homes. Her love of meeting and getting to know people combined with her passion for homes makes her very well suited as a Sales Associate.
